As an EM myself, this stuff does happen. One time i was with a crew working a full arrest, I went to the rig to get something, as I did I person in the complex asked me to move the ambulance because it was parked in “ her” unmarked, not reserved parking for anyone and multiple other spots for her to park!! CANNOT MAKE THIS UP!

one time an ambulance blocked my driveway as I was getting ready for work. I played the clock & they still were there. I took a pic & sent to my supervisor w/ txt: 'I'm goin to be late'..... i would never ask them to move etc., you either wait or find something else to do...
