@watchmegetripped: Read the label before you trust the bar. Built calls it a "Premium Collagen Protein Blend" — partially hydrolyzed whey protein isolate and collagen. They don't tell you the ratio, so you don't know how much of that protein is actually collagen. And collagen on its own is NOT a complete protein. It lacks tryptophan, an essential amino acid. That's not my opinion, that's how collagen works. Then look at the rest of the bar: sugar, palm and palm kernel oil, glycerin, gelatin, and "natural flavors" — with basically no fiber to show for it. That's not a health bar, that's a candy bar with good marketing. Make your own instead — it tastes better and you know exactly what's in it: MY HOMEMADE BAR • 1 cup oats • ½ cup natural peanut butter • ⅓ cup cottage cheese, blended smooth • 2 tbsp cocoa powder • 2 tbsp allulose • 1 tsp vanilla • Pinch of salt Mix it all, press it into a lined pan, chill until firm, cut into bars, and drizzle with dark chocolate if you want. Real food, real protein, real fiber — no collagen blend, no mystery flavors. You don't need a wrapper to tell you it's healthy. If you can't read the ingredients and feel good about them, it's not the bar for you. #BuiltBar #ProteinBars #ReadTheLabel #HomemadeProteinBar #RealFood Source note, Built Puffs list a Premium Collagen Protein Blend of partially hydrolyzed whey protein isolate and collagen, with sugar, palm/palm kernel oil, glycerin, and gelatin also in the list, and about 0g fiber in several flavors. Collagen alone lacks tryptophan, an essential amino acid, and Built doesn't disclose the exact whey-to-collagen ratio.
