I love these pancakes. I think I went through maybe two of the pumpkin spice ones so far since late September and I just finished off the last bit of it yesterday for breakfast. These are the best pumpkin spices getting kicked over. Now need to get the gingerbread. But these are so good. Especially with bananas. Have you tried them with Granny Smith apples? Or any type of apples. I’ve been trying to do like The spice cinnamon maple syrup apple crisp that are cut up tiny. To go with them not at perfection yet, but they taste really good. But bananas are definitely a good one. Also, sometimes if I don’t have syrup or not in the mood for syrup, I will take like a peanut butter and melted in the microwave or even a little bit of boogie butter and melted it in the microwave and put it on top. It is really good.
