hi i know i dont know you, but i wish i could give you the biggest hug right now. i have struggled with anorexia and depression myself and spent majority of high school in and out of the hospital. i remember feeling so exhausted and hopeless and i just wanted everything to stop. i won’t pretend to know exactly what you’re going through, but i do know how heavy life can feel. i want you to know that Jesus loves you so deeply, even in the midst of all this pain. in Matthew 11:28, Jesus says “Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” i’ve found so much hope in knowing i don’t have to walk through my struggles alone. you are so loved, and your life is so precious. please don’t give up. 🤍

I get it ml. I used to love food. Anxiety has taken over me and I’m constantly nauseous and I’ve lost my appetite. But please eat. When I do eat, I end up feeling better. Even though it feels like I shouldn’t eat, eat.
