It’s also just cheaper in every way. I’m a Vespa rider and so a part of the community so see people that want to ride but want to keep costs as low as possible. My Vespa on the other hand is legally considered a motorcycle.

I cant afford 2 cars rn, so I let my gf drive, and ride my e bike around muncie. Basically as long as its under 30, you dont need a license or a plate. never been pulled over
