You can get smart bulbs for the island or all of them and be able to control them from an app on your phone. Sincerely a guy who works in the lighting industry.

Trust me on this, the ones that are in the ceiling, unscrew the lightbulbs slightly so that it’s still in there but not “connected” in case that you want them on. Since it’s unscrewed slightly, it won’t turn on when you turn on the light

Put warm lights in the ceiling bulbs and it will make the room very “moody” I did that and I think it looks amazing. I think it would also fit your style perfectly
