You gotta condition yourself. Only get in that bed when you’re dog tired for a few weeks. Once your body knows the feeling of being tired and knows bed is friend, then you can knock out as soon as you get in there even if you’re wide awake

The other day went for an afternoon nap, had my new winter tog duvet, hot water bottle for my feet, perfect position, just drifting off and delivery man knocked 🙄 moment gone 😫. I just know it would have been the perfect nap.
