The sweating is it like heat flash type of sweating like does it make your heart race . Ugh I’m going into a medical program and i’ve been dealing with anxiety ever since I was a kid and been in school and I just cannot afford to not succeed in this program because of my anxiety . I’ve tried supplements. I’ve tried journaling. I’ve tried the breathing methods. I’ve tried everything and I cannot fail bc of my anxiety

i was on lexapro for about a year for depression and anxiety for the most part after having my son and although it did help me so much it did make me feel so numb which eventually made me want to stop it. i ended up weaning off of it on my own which i know your not supposed to do but honestly it was pretty easy but thankfully no more anxiety but definitely worth it because i would have never gotten to where i am at.
