my dad hit me once but the belt missed and hit my eye. it popped a blood vessel so my eye was blood red for like a week. that was the last time i ever got hit cuz he was horrified by his own actions. to this day he refuses to acknowledge it ever happens. if i bring it up he literally slinks away lmfao
