noo the actual meaning of if he wanted he would is that if he wanted to he had a choice to assure her every day, be kind, communicate wid her evey day and it doesn't have to be a whole day conversation, treat her right,and it doesn't have to be expensive gifts cuz he can make hand crafted gifts , teenage love is very hard but if both of them r loyal to each other and the man of the relationship is willing to put all his efforts (even girls ) then sure everything is gonna be fine and it doesn't have to be perfect.
