I don’t know about Dominican, but in Mexico, you can go to a little independent pharmacy & get whatever you want with no Rx but very expensive. If you go to a better chain pharmacy which sometimes have doctors connected to them and very cheap - may $10 US, you can get an Rx and meds are much cheaper!

slightly off topic,but how easy is it to find those sketchy gas station pills in gas stations,like are they in certain gas stations or just in most which are like outside of towns and cities? i’m asking because i’m not american and im mostly intrested

I take hydroxyzine as needed for anxiety attacks as well as adrenaline dumps due to POTS. Really helps. I’ve been prescribed propranolol as well for this but I haven’t used it yet.

Benadryl has helped me with anxiety attacks too. I think it’s strictly the calming effect from being tired. While anxiety wake you up and stimulates the brain with over thinking’s these first gen anti histamines tend to bring down the energy level.

Maybe they could make Zofran not a prescription anymore but behind the counter like pseudoephedrine so the pharmacist can counsel on qt prolongation and verify it doesn’t interact with any of the other patients meds!
