The last thing my grandfather ever said to me was: I’ll be thinking of you. We both knew it was the last time we would see each other. I only went back to say goodbye, he was already dying. That flight back home was heartbreaking. The next flight after that was just a month later for his funeral. He died today 15 years ago. Weird that this should pop up today of all days 💔
