@reflectwithrana: I was falling asleep the other night, wondering what kind of experience my soul will have when I sleep. Then I thought about the people of the Cave in Surah Al Kahaf (sorry for mispronouncing it), and for a second felt like I clicked or connected with them when I thought about Allah rotating our bodies as a favor, the way he did for the people of the Cave. SubhanAllah. what do you think? #SurahAlKahf #Quran #Islam #sleep #Allah

Yes, it is. It’s God work when you are asleep we called the mini death. Your soul is in God’s hand. If he choose to send it back, he will if you choose not to send it back. That’s what we call he or she went to sleep never woke up and yes when you turn around while you are asleep it’s because if you sleep on one side for eight hours, you gotta wake up with body sores or muscle spasm that’s why you turn left and right without you feeling anything God is big and merciful

Good MISS. Keep up the good.

God’s capabilities transcend human imagination; He does not perform such acts Himself—such as turning people over while they are in a deep sleep—but rather, He commands their bodies to do as He wills.
