@california_chisme: Off-Duty OCFA Captain Helps Stop Fire From Spreading After EV Crashes Into Mission Viejo Nail Salon MISSION VIEJO, CA - An off-duty Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) captain helped evacuate occupants and contain a fire after an electric vehicle crashed into a nail salon at 24401 Alicia Parkway and caught fire Wednesday morning. OCFA Captain Chris Chang reportedly rushed into the burning business to ensure everyone had safely evacuated. After hearing the fire dispatch over the radio, the captain and engineer diverted to the scene and became the first arriving fire crew.
