ADHD is not something we have no control over, we absolutely have the power to own it and use it to our advantage because it’s also a superpower, genius’s have ADHD. I have adhd but I don’t see it as something controlling my life, we are not a slave to these things, we are not victims of adhd if we can control it

as a kid i would focus more on my water bottle then work and I mapped out the entire school in my brain and walked around an imaginary version exactly like the school

I got diagnosed with adhd as a kid obviously went to school and school said I need help so I got it, I moved to the town I live in now and they knew I had adhd and I desperately needed help, they didn’t give it to me until the last couple of months of junior year, I was pissed off at school so I never did any work (somehow manage to pass anyways) they tested me for autism and adhd shit like that, they said I have really really bad adhd, they also said my short term moment is 2 seconds short, which is bad but I never understood what that meant so I pushed it aside, I still don’t know what that meant. Fuck adhd and fuck this stupid disease.
