I don't understand why everyone is so rude? like yes he's in boot camp but it's still going to take a toll on her. my boyfriend is also going to boot camp soon and I'm absolutely going to be the same way she is. it's hard for people to have to be apart for so long with barely any communication, she's doing a great job, she doesn't need the criticism

as someone.. who was in boot camp and only had their mom to send them mail for the most part. I know this was hard as a partner and I promise you its just as hard on him if not harder. ALWAYS write him back. it is what gets him through basic. he pushes him and motivates him to continue to grow and go further for you, you guys, dont really bring up problems that are happening (dont need him stressing about stuff back at home while he is at boot camp. Just keep it about him and update.. let him know everything is good and you're glad to hear from him, that you love him, etc. this is such a big tip I can give. I can give more if needed but this is coming from experience from someone who was in boot camp.
