Chloe goes to God I’ve had MS almost 20 years. I’ve been working out for pretty much 1511 strong five days a week. I think I had a total of two or three relapses. I’m very mobile I take care of lots of my grandchildren. I changed my diet for a long time quit drinking quit smoking but of course you know every now and then we have a couple bad weeks couple bad months. I’m not being that discipline, but I really do believe God helped me.

I have hEDS which causes so many other issues such as UCTD, dysautonomia, EoE, cholinergic urticaria, etc! I am in pain all the time, have so many issues due to my medical issues and I LOVE THE GYM. It’s helped my mental health and saved my life, building muscle is the best thing I’ve done for my body and I’m in less pain - I am so proud of you!!!! You are doing AMAZING!

I killed a spin class tonight. Days I’m not wiped out by working (medical social worker) I enjoy lifting and spin classes. Days my brain is shot from work I starfish out on my couch.

I have ME/CFS, but I am not able to exercise, and haven’t been able to in 9 years. I miss it so much! I was very much a gym girl before getting sick.❤️

I have MS as well. I go to the gym 3 times a week. I dont have many symptoms besides feeling tired all the time. I have 8 lesions on my brain. I find that some days are just harder than others in the gym. but honestly idk if thats a MS thing or just normal lol

I have Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) & have found it easier to go to the gym after finding a biologic shot that works best for me/my inflammation. moving also helps with my symptoms but it's definitely hard when I'm flaring up and super fatigued. I just try to push through and remind myself it's the best thing for my body now and in the future. if I stop moving and the disease progresses my spine could end up fusing together 😭

I have MS too, diagnosed in 2020! I’ll agree that sometimes I forget, very grateful for no new lesions in 3 years. I fell in love with pure barre last year. Fun group fitness setting without being heated! I look at it as functional fitness, stronger I can stay, longer I can fight 🤍

I have MS. I gained 40 pounds after Kesimpta. 😭 I do barre but it’s not enough. I go 2-3 days a week but need to hit the gym. I haven’t relapsed in 10 yrs and have no symptoms other than fatigue.

I walk EVERYDAY. I can’t go without. It helps me so much. Also an MS girlie! Used to lift all the time but walks just make me feel so much better where lifting makes my fatigue and stuff a lot worse sometimes because I push myself too hard I think 🤷♀️

MS girlie here. Currently struggling to hit gym this week but taking my ass today. Need to hype myself up before tomorrow’s infusion treatment. Gym was life for me before being diagnosed and I making sure to keep it that way post diagnoses even on days when I’m feeling down. We just gotta keep pushing.
