well it might work for certain nationality, race or culture but for others it might just have the opposite effects. I do think it's good at certain areas where people are overworked, just quoting as an example Japan where cases of people overworked till they were found dead.

The current working days is based on the idea by Henry Ford during industrial era in 1926. It's also his idea about the Sunday as off day. So, it's about time to change because technology today can assist the productivity.

dude lets enforce working 5 days a week first before we talk about working 4 days a week, private sector is mostly still working 6 days a week which is mentally & physically exhausting. plus no time for family bonding period, imagine when you off one day a week that 1 day off will become more tiring than working day

We should start to copy kedai mamak. They don't stop after 10 pm. They still open. Even banks should open 24 hours on weekends. A lot of people I know desperate to get money and finished their business but unfortunately banks are close. Stop being lazy.
