that's not even reclaiming the arm rest, his whole arm is in your seat space. I was middle seat on my last flight and had the same issue. some people just need to be told properly.

In future if this happens, go to the front and tell a flight attendant. One time this man was constantly staring at me and following me around the airport before my flight. When I got on the plane, he sat down next to me. I immediately got up, went to the front, told the flight attendant I didn't feel comfortable sitting next to him and she was soooo understanding and helpful. Found me a new seat up front and even checked on me throughout the flight 🥹 I never even had to confront the guy. Flight attendants know better than anyone what kind of creeps can be on a plane and they're used to dealing with them. So thankful to that kind woman ❤️
