Reported to your state's labor law compliance. They can't dock pay for time worked. You also can't take a break and abandon patients its a horrible cycle.

That’s a workforce issue. They cannot legally not pay you for time worked for any reason. Check your stats workforce laws.

It’s because if you don’t take your break a few years from now u will be trying to sue them saying they didn’t give u a break. Now they have it documented. So take your break

don’t feel bad. I was an operations manager and I was wrote up for working through my breaks everyday because of being under staffed. Store manager handed me my write up paper. I laughed handed him my keys and left.

Right I HATE having to click that circle saying I took a break that I didn’t take, unfortunately I fear the same thing would happen to me if I didn’t. They made it CLEAR on orientation that we HAD to.

They all do this because they get in trouble if you “take no break “ even if you had no break … it’s insane and it happens everywhere unfortunately they don’t care if you eat you pee or anything else…. Take your break get your manager to cover your patients since she wants to take it from you… but let me guess she isn’t a nurse and doesn’t get it
