@larkiyokibaateinn: A Pakistani-origin woman shared a memorable moment with Dr. Abdul El-Sayed during his Michigan Senate campaign. When he asked, “Are you making lots of dua for me?” she warmly replied, “Of course!” His response was simple yet meaningful: “That’s the most important thing I’ve got.” The brief exchange reflected the value he placed on prayers and the encouragement he received from people along his campaign journey. It was a genuine moment of connection that stood out beyond the usual campaign conversations. On November 3, 2026, Abdul El-Sayed won Michigan’s Senate race, making history as the first Muslim elected to the U.S. Senate. This earlier interaction has become an especially memorable moment in the story of his historic journey. #AbdulElSayed #Michigan
