@hsk_studi0: Lisa Niemi was just 14 when she met the boy who would become the love of her life. ❤️ Patrick Swayze was 18 at the time, and Lisa was taking dance lessons at his mother's studio in Houston. Their friendship slowly turned into romance, and in 1975, they got married, long before Patrick became a Hollywood star. They spent the next 34 years together, sharing a love of dancing, building their careers, and supporting each other through life's ups and downs. But in 2008, Patrick was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Lisa stayed by his side throughout his treatment, until he passed away in September 2009 at the age of 57. For Lisa, losing the man she had loved since her teenage years was incredibly difficult. But life eventually brought her another chance at happiness. In 2014, she married jeweler Albert DePrisco. Lisa later admitted that moving forward wasn't easy. She even dreamed about Patrick before her second wedding and felt it was his way of giving her his blessing. Today, Lisa continues to speak lovingly about Patrick. She has explained that finding love again never meant leaving her first husband behind.
