@sweetrubyscookies: 🍪🤎 Sweet Ruby’s Bakery Styld S’mores Cookie 🤎🍪 A little campfire nostalgia baked into one big, beautiful cookie! This S’mores Cookie starts with a rich, buttery dough made with finely ground graham crackers, then gets loaded with chocolate chunks and mini marshmallows. But the real magic? A big, gooey marshmallow tucked right into the center! Baked until golden around the edges, with a soft, chewy middle, melted pockets of marshmallow, and plenty of rich, melty chocolate. It’s a little messy, wonderfully indulgent, and everything a s’mores cookie should be. No campfire needed. Just a sweet little reminder of childhood memories, sticky fingers, and the simple joy of something homemade. Big cookies. Big flavor. A whole lot of heart. 💗#Lemon8
