@milos.movie.map: Eric Stolz was fired for ignoring the director of Back to the Future.#backtothefuture #ericstoltz #michaeljfox #usa #celebrity

Camilla (Taylor's version)💜🎆 :

I thought the fact that Marty could be awkward whilst also being a kinda cool guy made him balanced in a way that felt more realistic and relatable

𝒯𝓊𝒸𝒶𝓃.𝒸𝒽𝑒𝒸𝓀𝑒𝓇𝓈 :

Guitar players don’t have long finger nails they need short ones to pluck the strings

only.ppl.i.block :

I can't imagine anyone else but Michael j fox as Marty mcfly

mqcsx :

all that just for him to be forgotten and all the fake go to someone else was it worth it?

snell :

the stumbling over the sidewalk is iconic to me. it's one of the things that weirdly stood out to me when I saw it as a kid

Raiden :

That one dude who does too much

TikTok System Notification: :

Eric Stoltz’s Marty is exactly what I expect the Marty that was from the Biff Tannen timeline to be like

Boba♣️💟 :

Why would a guitarist have long nails? Especially electric. Like, is it both hands or just the one not pressing in the notes. I was a cello player for 9 years, pressing down any string with long nails in nearly impossible. Especially with quick transitions.

DA_BOOOIII :

I do like stoltzs interpretation of it being a tragedy because if you look at how the movie ended, Marty is basically a stranger in his own life, since the lifes of his parents and his whole upbringing were changed my his dad being more confident, but Marty only retaining his original memories, he's now living in a life from which he has no memories or actual attachments

Mark Terho :

No I did not know this

Nhlaka😌 :

And the film was better for it

pepper :

it's a perfect film

Góc Nhỏ Văn Thơ - by PhanLương :

Michael J Fox was the FIRST choice of director Zemekis though. because of Family Ties, the producer was reluctant and not giving him the chance. They opted for Stoltz, but as the director pointed out, he's the good actor in a wrong role. Only then did they come back to Fox - he accepted the role even without reading the script.

jorgesalas056 :

i think he tried to do something like that episode of the twilight zone, the waking distance but that wasnt the mood of the movie
