not sure of the current state of it but I would think that pushing for cooperation between energoatom and Westinghouse and holtec to ramp up faster. if e Vinci reactor could hit the ground before 2030 it would be amazing. but very unlikely. the only good thing is that the deal are made and reconstruction will be fast once the conflict is over.
