please we students we really suffered from this flight canceled. No accommodation provided and also we have no relatives here. We pay for our own food and we really find it hard to live here. Please consider us the students as first priority especially West New Britain students. we almost stayed here for two weeks now. All the other students come and go but us West New Britain student stucked in this situation for flight canceled. Please my being concerned is consider us students.

Air Niugini has no money. And that's just a fact. They need to change management and do a mass review of all employees as its the employees laziness causing the airlines money!

it happened to me once, complained at the customer service, nothing... I was going to sleep at Jacksons airport but someone took me to their home, I was a student back then...

It is very frustrating😡 My flight got canceled in Rab on Saturday then Sunday successfully got on the plane to Pom to transit Wewak unfortunately my flight was canceled and because I was transiting I thought air niugini will provide accommodation just to find out the officer telling us it's beyond his control and so as his supervisor and they cannot provide any accommodation and mind you that was 10pm in the night. Please mipla sidaun na lukluk go go na wait just to be told all rooms were full and that they cannot provide any accommodation😡😡.

its very frustrating when u arrive in pom on an early flight to transit to another province and then you find out that your flight is canceled. So, u want to go to Customer Service to enquire for accommodation, you will stay there for the whole entire day and if you are leaving on a tight budget, ba you Ai raun lo airport ya. You can stay the whole entire day and will gradually be attended to when night falls.
