#AmorPropio #PalabrasDelSrM #ElSrMqueteentiende #Parati #Fyp

Hey y'all come get some physical activity in with me for the day as my autistic son runs the living room. i'm going to start posting more videos like this. Just motivate not only myself but other moms that don't realize that it's just simply a couple minutes of your day, that can completely change your life i'm one of the moms that it took a long time to realize and i always put it off. I always found enjoyment in sitting down and watching my favorite show and eating my favorite snack. But that's not the reality, when you get up and you get moving And you take care of yourself. You feel way better. It's way more rewarding. that snack gives you dopamine that is temporary and not real. You doing something for yourself/ health it Builds you and makes you love yourself. Keep up the hard work ma much love💛
