We were never allowed to scream like that. Certainly not bark at adults. I would get snatched up so quick. I don’t mind kid noise, and I would certainly never file a complaint. But this is ridiculous. Let me find out my children barked at someone. They certainly don’t run in and out of the house like that. I wouldn’t want my neighbors to be hooting and hollering all day long for no reason so I don’t do it, either. It’s common courtesy and respect and it can go a long way.

When I was a kid. We went to use the Pool during the summer. It’s a Public Pool. We were just swimming not making noise and a lady like this came over and screamed at us for 30 minutes over making noise and disturbing the neighborhood… we were swimming in the middle of the day.
