Obviously it’s just a guess but I feel the kid that jumped was the driver.. if he truly was the passenger I’m going to assume he wouldn’t of jumped outta panic since he “wasn’t driving”

I saw in another video where they ended up having to watch the cops dash camera & you could see him (the jumper) jump over his friend & out the door before his friend had time to unbuckle. Hate when they don’t have ending of these videos😅 He was almost charged with it until they reviewed the camera. The car was stolen, full of stolen property, dr*gs, he had a warrant & no DL (I think.) he hit a car then ran from the cops

option 2. dude that jumped was the passenger. he wasnt paying attention to where they were. driver told him they were over water to jump. thinking that the driver was coming right behind him. this would explain why the dude's keys were found on the driver side.

They both got out the passenger side, who got out first? Not like the driver would climb over the passenger. It appears the guy they got alive was the second one out, so hes the driver

If the kid who was the driver was the first one out of the vehicle, he would’ve had to crawl over this person claiming he was the passenger. It’s kinda hard to do.

The one that came out second was the driver, he just claimed it was the other one to dodge the bullet…..it’s hard for the friend to jump over him to get out first, the passenger would be the first to jump closer to door 😏

He literally said “My keys are in the pocket of the driver side” that should be enough to know he was driving and maybe the friend didn’t want to get in trouble so he jumped out of fear
