@practically_printed: No shade to bambu lab users but having the ability to spontaneously poop out parts is unmatched! LfRbot with Peregrine toolhead is amazing to watch #fyp #3dprinting #bambulab #ender3

Impressive machine, but the comparison is ridiculous. 😂 First of all, Bambu Lab's H2S and H2D are already rated for 1,000 mm/s toolhead speeds, so that number alone proves absolutely nothing. Anyone familiar with FDM printing knows that maximum movement speed isn't the same as sustained printing speed. Acceleration, volumetric flow rate, layer height, line width and print quality all matter. And where exactly did that 7-hour Bambu comparison come from? Which model? Which slicer settings? Same STL, nozzle size, material, infill and layer height? Where's the finished-part quality comparison? You're claiming a 5.25× difference in print time without providing a single controlled benchmark. Moving a printhead ridiculously fast on camera isn't proof of superior printing performance. Show both printers producing the same part at comparable quality, with actual slicer profiles and measured print times. Until then, it's a cool speed demonstration wrapped in a completely unsubstantiated comparison. Cool engineering. Terrible benchmarking.

Yes but what can you tell me about the quality this is amazing don't get me wrong but does speed = bad quality?

Speed has its price. That price isn’t in dollars, it’s in quality and durability. I’m going to stick with not paying that price 😉
