NO PROTEIN POWDER COTTAGE CHEESE SNICKER SQUARES** 🍫🥜 A Snickers walked into my meal prep… and came out with actual protein. Creamy peanut base, crunchy peanuts, dark chocolate top, flaky sea salt. No bake, no powder, no chalky anything. **Ingredients (9 squares):** • 2 cups cottage cheese, blended smooth • ¾ cup natural peanut butter, divided • 2–3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup • 1 tsp vanilla • ½ cup oat flour (just enough to firm it up) • ⅓ cup chopped roasted peanuts, plus more for topping • Pinch of salt **Chocolate top:** • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips • 1 tsp coconut oil • Flaky sea salt **Directions:** Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth — this is the whole trick, no curds, just cream. Stir in ½ cup of the peanut butter, the honey, vanilla, and salt. Fold in the oat flour and chopped peanuts until it holds together like a thick dough. Press firmly into a parchment-lined 8×8 pan. Swirl the remaining ¼ cup peanut butter over the top. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and spread it over everything. Sprinkle with extra chopped peanuts and flaky sea salt. Freeze 1–2 hours until set, slice into 9 squares, and store in the fridge in a sealed container. About **10g protein per square**, all from real food — cottage cheese and peanuts doing the work a powder never tastes this good doing. 😮‍💨 They live in my fridge exactly like this photo: stacked, labeled, and gone by Wednesday. #snickers #cottagecheese #highprotein #nobake #mealprep
