Right now I feel more at peace just know that your a very good person and that they never valued you. But i feel like through all my experiences I thought getting back and revenge was the answer but sometimes it just leave you more into a void. And right now I just rather improve myself and love myself to better be in a position months from now. All i could really say is have a faith or build a connection with God and continue to better improve yourself to help yourself out and be better for the next person that appears in your life.

Have to go through it, feel everything, just don’t stay there it’s been nine months have our kids & our new boy and all I can say is accept what they did as who they are not your worth. Focus on you, grow glow you’re going to get through it and by then they want you back and your be someone brand new

you gotta feel ts. let your emotions flow and take a minute to really understand why you feel the way you do. remind yourself that it’s not your fault. remind yourself that another person’s betrayal does not reflect your own worth, and most importantly you need to forgive that person. it doesn’t have to be the conventional type of forgiveness, you just have to take the burden of holding that grudge off of your shoulders. it’s very important that you give yourself time to heal, don’t run from it, just feel it, understand it, accept it, and move on. you will be a much stronger version of yourself in the end. i wish you the best, dms are always open as well ❤️🩹
