@browneyedgirl2402: 💔 PLEASE DON’T LET MUFFIN WUFFIN’S STORY END HERE. Meet Muffin Wuffin. A 12-year-old senior boy who desperately needs someone to see him, someone to care, and someone willing to fight for him. Muffin arrived at San Antonio Animal Care Services in heartbreaking condition. His veterinary notes describe him as lethargic, with pale gums, a severe flea infestation, and flea dirt throughout his coat. He is unable to stand or bear weight on any of his four legs. His fur is also matted with feces, and veterinary staff noted a large, pendulous soft tissue mass on his chest. His heartworm test came back POSITIVE. A heartworm smear is still pending. At just 39.6 pounds, this senior boy has so much working against him. We don’t know what his life looked like before arriving here. We don’t know how long he struggled or how he ended up in this condition. But we do know this: HE DESERVES COMPASSION. Muffin Wuffin is not disposable because he’s old. He’s not disposable because he’s sick. And he’s certainly not disposable because helping him may require time, patience, and medical care. Somewhere, someone may be able to give this boy the comfort and dignity he desperately needs. 🙏 PLEASE SHARE MUFFIN’S STORY. We need eyes on him. We need people willing to advocate. We need a rescue, a medical foster, or someone who can help give him a chance. 📍 San Antonio Animal Care Services 🐾 Muffin Wuffin | A832643 🎂 12 years old | Male ⚖️ 39.6 pounds 🏠 Building 3 | Kennel 3022 BE HIS VOICE. Boosting for Muffin! He needs to get out of this shelter ASAP! They euthanize several animals every week. This poor baby doesn’t have long to live if he stays there. Please save this poor baby! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
