I was under the impression that both the prosecution and defence saw the questionnaires at the time of jury selection… 👀

The lone juror’s attorney was able to see the questionnaire in order to argue it . Reddington said I have proof he was not truthful on the questionnaire. Reddington has the transcript of the Vior dir that he entered into evidence.

It's changed a little since I last did jury duty in MA, but this questionnaire is how you get out of serving in a jury too. 😁

Redd did an interview on. September 22 when he filed the motion to do an investigation on the juror. He said he saw the questionnaire

Interestingly. It doesn't matter to the Clancy case if he lied. The standard is information "known at the time" to remove a juror, if he lied it wasnt known at the time so it is irrelevant to further proceedings in the Clancy trial. And Reddington knows this. He is throwing hail marys to build the record for appeal. He expects to lose all of these and the retrial.
