Then he heard a whisper. “Artem… open up. I’m cold.” It was his own voice. He slowly grabbed his phone and opened the camera, pointing it at the window. On the screen, he could only see the reflection of his room. But standing behind him in the reflection was a tall figure. Artem spun around. Nobody was there. He looked back at the screen. The figure had disappeared. Suddenly, his phone vibrated. A message from an unknown number appeared: “Don’t turn around. I’m still standing behind you.” Artem ran out of the apartment and spent the rest of the night at his neighbor’s place. In the morning, he returned with her. The apartment was empty.
