so pimple patches do extract and work for most people, but sometimes when you put them on, they can be a breeding ground for more bacteria to make more of a problem so it could be good for some people not so great for others

I’m an esthetician. I’ve had a spa for the last 5 years. I’ve never used a pimple patch and I’m very against them. Your skin needs to breathe. Especially a pore that full of puss. I always encourage to not pick or touch. Let it come out on its own. Covering a spot like this with a sticker….?!!! A big no. People need to except that pimples on their face happen. It’s natural. Trying to force it out in any different treatment is either going to spread the breakout, scarring or in this situation causing a cyst. Be forgiving with your skin.

This is going to piss off a lot of people. Hydrocolloid patches absorb fluid from anything open. I always pop the pimple before putting on the patch. It always works and I’ve never had an acne scar in my life
