This lovely 3-year-old mama dog is an easygoing, sweet girl currently looking for a rescue or foster placement alongside her seven beautiful puppies. While she is understandably protective of her babies, her gentle personality shines through when she gets a little break from mom duty. She walks wonderfully on a leash and has a naturally relaxed demeanor. Mama and her puppies would benefit from a supportive environment where they can safely grow and thrive. URGENT MEDICAL PLACEMENT NEEDED – PUFF A1302141 One of her puppies, Puff (A1302141), is currently at risk and has a medical placement deadline of 11:00 a.m. on 11/05/26. Puff has ocular lesions and eye discharge that have not responded to initial treatment. She will require further veterinary evaluation, more intensive medical management, and continued monitoring. At such a young age, Puff is especially vulnerable and needs a safe, nurturing environment where she can receive the consistent medical care and attention she needs. She deserves the opportunity to receive further treatment and grow into a healthy, happy puppy. Puff is at risk for euthanasia due to her medical needs. Medical notes for Puff A1302141 since She is the one with a medical placement by date . 10/22/26: Exam: BAR, MM pink, CRT <2 sec Euhydrated BCS 5/9 EENT - Mild crusting OS, palpebra newly opened ORAL - WNL H/L - Normal auscultation, no murmur or arrhythmia noted. Eupneic ABD - Comfortable, no organomegaly noted INTEG - Healthy coat, no lesions noted M/S - Normal gait, no soft tissue swelling or abnormal ROM noted NEURO - Brief neuro exam unremarkable Rx tobramycin Recheck in 3 days 10/25-Rx oflox, discontinue tobramycin Recheck in 3 days, if not improving need FDT 10/28- Slight amount of purulent discharge in medial canthus; I agree that the palpebral opening of OS is slightly smaller than OD. The above Rx was put in on 10/25 but back dated to 10/22 so there is only meds through 10/29 a.m. Will need to put in new Rx on 10/29 for 3.5 more days 11/02/26: OS static with persistent thickl mucoid discharge, blepharospasm, narrowed palpebra. FDT placed due to chronicity, will need more intensive management.
