After two months of barely being able to train, looking at these pictures makes me realise how much my body has changed. Behind both my bigger physique and the shape I brought to the competition were so many hours of training, effort and passion. And even though I’m still in good shape, it’s hard to look at myself and feel so far from where I was. Especially knowing how much it took to get there. Still, my worth doesn’t change with the size of my muscles or how defined my abs are. Life has different chapters, priorities change, and sometimes you can’t do everything. What matters is how you face those moments. How you adapt your goals, how you treat yourself when you take a step back, and how you try again when you get the chance. Today, I have a different starting point, but I also have the experience of everything I’ve already achieved. I can rebuild that physique and work towards making it even better, while still enjoying the journey. Because we also need to learn to feel proud of ourselves throughout the process, not just when we feel we’re at our best.#fy #motivation #fypages #gym #work - @nmonclus16
