What kills me is it's the claim adjuster. And we are the eyes and ears in the field. They sit at a desk telling us what to do.

To add onto that. A lot of large companies call the Investigator accountable for video statistics. How much video did you get this week or this month? The problem is they control all the variables. What time they assign the Investigator at work the case which is usually the wrong hours. Cutting and Investigator short after four hours, decreases the opportunity by half to get video. He tried to run Investigations like a fast food restaurant. Any of us have been in the business long enough no it always has been awaiting game and patience, and will continue to be. These large companies are a joke.
