My mom is a retired welfare Director and for many many many years I helped her with her Christmas program… We sent the gifts unwrapped with wrapping paper scissors, tape pens, everything that was needed to wrap a gift. This way the parents got to participate they felt as though the gifts came from them to their children and not from strangers to their children.

Maybe post on FB free groups for people to donate unused or new toys. So many folks have toys their kids never played with and this would be a great way to get more stuff without the cost. So many folks are struggling but many have stuff they can donate. Clothes too. New with tags clothes. I see it so much on the free FB pages

Yes it does mean a lot with their paper!! I’m crying - we could do a table for pickup that has volunteers to wrap!! I would love to help.

I would love to help! I live in the area. Maybe you could reach out to hobby lobby and see if they’d give you a bulk amount of wrapping paper for a deal knowing what it’s for? I feel buying wrapping paper & tape for them is so important. So they get to experience the magic of wrapping presents. As well as to see what they got, to divide up evenly to the kids! I could help organize/store items in my basement but it’s not the best space. Kinda an old basement (little musty from flooding can’t lie) but I wouldn’t let them get damaged or anything!!! I would definitely love to help however I could!

catagorize by family in Amazon wishlist and then label the families by number? the gifts can be labeled with the number for organizing!!!
