Our relationship is very clearly parasitic. They leach off of us and BRAG ABOUT IT. They openly try to influence the cultural direction of America through politicians, lobbyists, PACs, social media, technology, defense, education, and international relations. Like the Senator-elect said, they drag us into international conflicts that we the American people largely have no domestic interests in, and that have widespread consequences for the world. Not everyone that disagrees with Israel is an anti-semite. They do deserve basic safety as a state, as all nations do, but they’ve lost all international credibility and empathy through their horrific actions. You can’t be the victim AND the aggressor at the same time.
