@liuthy_167051: 1.

Do you know how to diagnose and treat the most common diseases in hedgehogs? If you’ve ever had one of these little patients on your table, you know how tricky it gets. Skin diseases alone can drive you mad, mites, fungal infections, and yet so many colleagues are still reaching for outdated drugs like Amitraz or Ivermectin, even though safer and more effective options exist today. Then there’s neoplasia: not just in general terms, but knowing which ones are malignant, which tend to be benign, and the exact spots you’re most likely to find them. And of course, the dreaded wobbly hedgehog syndrome. What does it really look like? How do you recognize the signs early, what does the histology show, and how do you guide owners with honesty about prognosis? That’s exactly the kind of evidence-based, practical discussion we bring inside our VETAHEAD Topic Rounds. We go through the latest research, connect it with real-world cases, and make sure you leave with the tools you need to feel confident the next time a hedgehog walks through your door. Because keeping up with ZooMed (exotics) medicine isn’t easy. The papers are scattered, access isn’t always straightforward, and who has time to dig through all that when you’re already drowning in cases? That’s why VETAHEAD exists, so you don’t have to figure it all out alone. We’re here to keep you sharp, updated, and ready. I created VETAHEAD to take that weight off your shoulders. To give you clarity, confidence, and real support, whether you're learning something from scratch, reviewing a step you haven’t done in a while, or need an answer right now while you’re with the patient. With the VETAHEAD subscription, you find all the learning resources for ZooMed (exotics) in one place 📹 It’s filled with video lessons in all species, like your Netflix subscription, but for birds, reptiles, and mammals (with subtitles in Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, French, English, and Mandarin). Oh, and of course, all RACE approved. 📚It’s an e-book resource, like an online library. 💻 It’s full of live events with me, like Youtube, but for Journal clubs, topic rounds, case discussions. ➗ It’s a medical calculator, like the one on your phone, but for doses (emergency drugs, and coming soon fluid, constant rate infusions, and food calculators!). 📄 It has quick guides, like flashcards but for sedation protocols, normal vital signs, normal lab references, and much more! 🫀It’s an exclusive anatomical atlas, just for ZooMed (exotics). 🔎 It has more than 160+ ours of content, with a powerful search bar that makes easy to find what you need :) 💬 Exclusive community with forum, chat, recommendations! 📲 Exclusive podcast, webinars, newsletters, e-magazine! 🤖 And drums roll - our exclusive ZooMed (exotics) AI case assistant, that answers your questions about your cases! 24/7!
