The department should've discussed this with the brotherhood, presented their findings and facts then come to a decision. The fact that they might be reinstated will make the department look weak and will lose all credibility. The brotherhood, what a name 😂, is a union and doing what unions do best. The only thing that will change this culture is having a public oversight committee. Union or no union the public pay the salaries. If they're not happy with performance they need to be fired. Until then, pass the donuts. 🍩
