@lyricsmusiconcertss: “Count Me Out” is one of the most vulnerable moments on Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers. Released in 2022, the track explores guilt, self-doubt, personal growth and the difficult process of learning to forgive yourself. The production gradually shifts in intensity, almost mirroring Kendrick's emotional journey. Its music video takes that introspection further, featuring Oscar-winning actress Helen Mirren as his therapist in a conversation about his struggles. 📈 Chart performance: “Count Me Out” debuted at No. 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 and reached No. 13 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. @kendricklamar Follow @lyricsmusiconcerts for more. #fyp #music #lyrics
