The best way to cook wings is grilling them. But honestly you should do the olive oil first and use it as a binder and then seasonings and then cook them. I’m using beef tallow for next time I fry.

Coat in baking powder and bake on a wire rack at 200 for 2 hours, flipping once. Finish for a few minutes on 375 to get em crispy. It’s a process but you won’t be sorry
