@tfti.bbq: Chipotle’s Smoked Brisket is BACK! I got a behind-the-scenes look at how @Chipotle Smoked Brisket is made, and they even let me get hands on in the kitchen. Y’all know how I feel about brisket, so I was definitely curious to see their take on it 💯 One thing I thought was pretty cool was learning about their process. The brisket is smoked off-site, then shipped to each restaurant where it’s finished on the grill, sliced, and seasoned with Mexican-inspired spices like garlic, cumin, coriander, jalapeños, and smoky chile peppers. Then it gets tossed with their signature brisket sauce. The end result? A nice combination of bold, smoky, savory flavors with a little sweet heat on the back end. Pair it with your favorite toppings in a bowl or burrito, and you got yourself a MONEY meal! 💰 Chipotle’s Smoked Brisket is making its return nationwide starting November 5th for a limited time. Y’all already know what I’m gonna say. Go try it for yourself and let me know what you think! 🤙🏽💯 #smokedbrisket #chipotlepartner
