Broth is optional and even not every Uzbek likes it, I personally prefer plain norin without onions and whatever they sprinkled on top. Just noodles with horse meat itself is super tasty.

I'd say foods in charsu bazar is 2x more expensive than rest of the city. for example in tashkent region you get 1kg of "narin"(the food you bought) for the same price you got probably 200gr
