NOT EVERYONE WITH 777 OR 999 IS A DEVIL WORSHIPPER! 😂 Have you ever seen someone driving with 111, 777 or 999 and wondered why they chose that number? Some people even attach spiritual meanings to triple numbers! But did you know there are different types of number plates in Kenya, and some are more affordable than you think? Let’s break them down. 1. NORMAL NUMBER PLATES These are automatically assigned by NTSA. You don’t choose the number. Your dealer can handle the registration for you, with the standard registration cost generally below KSh 3,000. 2. SPECIAL NUMBER PLATES There are two options: * Triple numbers: Examples include 111, 222, 777 and 999. They are highly sought after and not easy to secure because of availability. * Preferred combinations: Maybe you want 700, 200, 715 or a number that has personal meaning to you. It could be your birthday, lucky number or memorable year. It doesn’t have to be a triple! Both options are quoted at approximately KSh 30,000. Yes, special number plates are not necessarily as expensive as people imagine! 3. RE-REGISTRATION Do you have an older registration series, such as KB, and want to move to a newer series like KEA? You cannot simply skip sequences and pick any series. You have to follow the prescribed registration process. The quoted cost for moving to the current series is approximately KSh 300,000. 4. CUSTOMIZED NUMBER PLATES Want your name or preferred characters on your number plate? This is the premium option! The quoted cost is KSh 1,000,000. And here’s something interesting: a customized number plate can be used across other vehicles you own, rather than being limited to just one car, subject to NTSA’s transfer and registration requirements. NOW LET’S SETTLE THIS! Which would you choose? A. Normal registration B. Special number – KSh 30,000 C. Triple number – 111, 777 or 999 D. Re-registration – newer series E. Customized number – KSh 1 million And honestly, would you spend KSh 1 million on a number plate? 😂 Let’s hear your thoughts in the comments! #mercywamagari #foryoupage #trending #carplate #fypシ゚viral - @mercywamagari
