absolutely crazy that yall accept warranty claims ON OTHER PEOPLES RINGS, a lady had her ring PERMANENTLY DISABLED after buying it second hand because the original owner decided to issue a warranty. after the ring was registered to the new user they were able to essentially brick the ring and get themselves a brand new one for free. disgusting. and then only offering 50 dollars off for a new one? despicable
