Quite literally still have my earplugs in (that I sleep in) at nearly noon because I am just in need of SILENCE. Just turned 40 last week and am calling all of my energy back to myself.. Have been in fight or flight/survival mode for the past 7 years straight (but in reality, my entire life 😅) while navigating an insane medical journey. And I am DONE trying to pour from an empty cup. I am putting myself first, for probably the first time ever. I have so much light to shine despite it all, but need to be much more discerning of where I’m leaking my limited energy so I have the capacity to put myself out there in the important ways I have been feeling called to.
